Regulator, basic definition: regulator, adjuster, governor, controller, conditioner, is to achieve through a variety of methods and ways to change a parameter, an environment needs, an instrument. Daily governors and gear shifters are one of them, and regulators are used in cars and trains, as well as space satellites. Programmable regulators are one type of regulators. Programmable regulators are also called digital regulators or single-loop regulators. It is a new type of regulator with a microprocessor as its core component. Its various functions can be realized by changing the program (programming) method, so it is called a programmable controller.
Connect a dry cell with a battery and an ammeter and connect it to the battery terminal of the conditioner. Start the initiator and gradually increase the speed. Observe the ammeter pointer on the suspension machine when the closure contacts are closed. If the current meter pointer to the "+" bias swing, revealing that the performance of the closure voltage is high, should weaken the spring pull; if the ammeter pointer to "-" bias swing, revealing that the performance of closed voltage is low, should increase the spring pull. Just like repeated adjustments, until the closure of the closure contacts when the current meter pointer does not swing, it is appropriate to disclose the performance of the closure voltage.
Use two dry batteries in series with the battery and the ammeter and connect them to the battery terminal of the conditioner. Start the initiator and gradually increase the speed. When the regulator comes into effect, look at the pointer of the ammeter. If the current meter pointer to the "+" bias swing, revealing the performance of high voltage regulation value, the spring tension should be reduced; if the current meter pointer to "-" bias swing, revealing the performance of low voltage regulation, spring tension should be increased. This repeated adjustment, until the regulator from the effect, the ammeter pointer simply does not swing, it is appropriate to disclose the performance of the pressure regulator.
The reason for this adjustment method is that: dry batteries and batteries in series, there is a certain potential, and the generator is declared inevitable voltage, when the two are not equal to the current. The potential of the former is higher than that of the latter, then the ammeter pointer is biased toward "-", otherwise it is biased towards "+". As long as both potentials are almost equal, the ammeter pointer does not swing.
